All lights needing factory repair must have a Return Authorization
number prior to being sent back to JET Lites. We recommend that lights
be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. We do not recommend US Parcel
Post service. Prior to shipping any light disconnect all cables,
light heads, and chargers. Do not ship electrical equipment connected.
This may cause more damage. |
